What hours and days of work should i put in my application at kohls in order to get hired?

    You need to be very flexible if you want to get hired. Definitely let them know you are available anytime.

    The more hours you’re available, the more appealing to managers you are.

    full time associates usually work 8 hours, so be available for at least 12 hours. Try to lean towards mornings or evenings, so they can select you for opening or closing departments.
