I interviewed @ Kohls for Assistant manager position 2 weeks ago. How long does it take for them to get back?

The interviewer did say that it takes 2 weeks and that they will call me for a 2nd interview. Could she have been lying?

Sometimes it takes a longer for some unavoidable circumstances or reasons beyond internal control.
