I have my second interview with kohls monday with the assistant manager what questions should I expect?

    See interview can be in HR and in marketing as far as i consent that should be marketing and they can ask what strategy company should adopt to achieve his expect sale and how you can achieve your target.

    The second interview with any job almost always means they are going to hire you. Every time my gf or i have had a second interview at a job, we get hired.

    The usual questions are about your availability, you’re pay rate, how many hours you expect and will actually get…
    They don’t usually ask a lot of questions. Most of the time you just sit and say yes sir/ma’am. Sometimes the second interview is just to fill out paperwork.

    My gf has been offered a job at Kohls and they just went over what i previously mentioned.

    I wouldn’t stress about it. Just dress business casual, bring a school scheadule (if you have one), and have in mind what kind of scheadule you’de prefer.

    I don’t think you should stress out over what will be asked, you need to stay focused and confident!!!

    Being street smart is the only way you will win.

    I’ve worked as a HR rep and Manager, the most things that they look for in a new employee is: language, body language, attitude, and most of all confident and to the point conversations, no one wants to waste time talking about Prison Break or Lost especially during the interview.
