How old do you have to be to work at Kohls?

My guess is 18.
16. I applied there when I was 17, and 16 was the minimum.
Probably 18, most large retail corporations don’t hire under 18yo.

sometimes it depends on the State, my guess would be 18.
I work for Kohls and the age you can apply there is 16-17 years of age.I hope this helps.
I work for Kohl’s. The national hiring age is 17. 18 to work overnight/ad set/truck
I’ve been at Kohl’s for 4 years now and the minimum age is 17 which was when I started. But I had to have a work permit from my school (California).
